Manishaa Gangahar
Founder / Managing Director
GCPL is the brain child of Manishaa along and some of her friends – some behind the scene, some in front of the scene.
A trained & experienced Human Resources professional , Strategist with a diverse business background in highly competitive and demanding markets that include manufacturing, commercial and hospitality in global brand organizations, with both union and non union environments. She has mastered the craft of leading, managing and engaging with people in all human resources disciplines. The areas she has cultivated the most are Talent Acquisition, Culture and People Engagement, Organizational Development, Employee Relations. Her mentoring philosophy is learning centric, which means , the learner is always right !! She is a strong believer that results are reached through developing, empowering and engaging with people.
Gangahar in her last assignment before taking up initiatives at GCPL was the Group Head – Human Resources at the Bequest Group. At the Bequest, she wore two caps , being the GH-HR , she also was heading – business head for the Apple APR business across 16 stores.
BEQUEST GROUP is an exclusive Indian distribution partner of iconic global brands Apple Inc; LVMH Group’s French handcrafted shoe business Berluti; French major Saint Laurent by Kering Group; Italian luxury brands Brunello Cucinelli and TOD’S; leading British lifestyle businesses including beauty brand Molton Brown and legacy fragrance business, House of Creed.The brand has experience in managing brands like Bang & Olufsen. The company has also inked exclusive deals with German fashion designer to bring its brands PHILIPP PLEIN and Billionaire to India
Prior to this challenge she was the Heading the Human Resources team for DLF Emporio Restaurants Ltd. & Lodhi Property Company Limited , INFRES Methodex , (focused on Office Automation and Currency Automation / Banking Automation products and services in more than 80 locations in India) and in the HR teams of Grant Thornton & The Imperial Hotel , New Delhi .
Manishaa Gangahar is an MBA from the FORE SCHOOL of MANAGEMENT, a Graduate from Jamia Milia Islamia in Psychology (Hons), a Masters in Sangeet Prabhakar from the Allahabad University. She also holds a Diploma in Sales & Marketing & Communication Skills from NIS,SPARTA . She is a certified Oraganization Develeopment Professional from the Indian Institute of Organization Develeopment. Gangahar is multilingual (English / Hindi / Bengali & Punjabi); Has an eye for bad grammar.
If not in the corporate world , Manisha would definitely be in dramatics. She also has a Sangeet Prabhakar in Vocal Classical music from the Allahabad University.
Sachin Sharma
Director
NYU, – Under and Grad from NYU .
He is amongst the first Initial batch pass outs, from the FORE School of Management, New Delhi, Graduated in International Trade and finance. Post which he decide to move to the USA and once again did his Under Graduation and Graduation, from USA. He also went ahead and did his MBA Finance from NYU and majored in M&A. His natural inquisitive and questioning and reading between the lines nature inspired him to do his is Juris Doctor from N.S.U – Michigan State University.
Sachin after moving to the USA, worked as a Sr.Consultant and Principal Consultant with Accenture (New Jersey, USA) on project sites at :
E-Trade Sacramento, at one point of time CA, San Francisco, CA, Portland Oregon, Bank of America Manhattan, NY, Chase Bank, Manhattan, NY. M&A ERP Implementation, For E Trade, North America and South Africa – Banking and South Consolidations, of all 3 Countries Cross Currency Foreign Exchange.
M&A which involved 21,000 locations and implementation of a system to track HR, Fixed Assets Financial Statements, Blockbuster/ Hollywood Entertainment Peytonville, Oregon. Whirlpool, SAP & Oracle Financials Integration, customization, Pennsylvania, PA Data Integration for WebMD, was involved as the Asst. IT Director, Hoboken, New Jersey for the Consolidation of web MD’s multiple Office Sites, Fixed Assets, Financial Statements.
Kaiser Permanente, A Billion Dollar Capital Insurance Group -Hillsboro, Oregon ERP Implementation and Management for a fixed Asset Module. Merger & Acquisitions, Specialization in Tax Delinquent, Companies in Bankruptcy proceedings and liquidation stage.
A Super active individual and his quest to explore new avenues all the time has made him achieve all he has.
M&A gives Sachin, an adrenaline rush, post his spell with the Consulting world he has spent number of years in the Financial , Health Care , Pharma Sector.
Sachin built his realm and been a market leader in various countries’ in the Pharma and Health Care Sector in EU. He has been involved in acquisitions of over 182+ mini verticals of healthcare companies, with operations ranging froam Blood Path labs, Rehabilitation Clinic, Drug De-Addiction Centers, Mental Health / Trauma Day Care Sites, Drug Rehabilitation Clinic, Hemodialysis sites, Home Health Care Staffing, Aquatic Therapy sites, Visiting physician sites, Diagnostic sites for X-Ray /MRI/CT and Sleep Apnea sites & Blood Plasma Centers.
Sachin has a great sense of humor, being a workaholic, when not working enjoys cooking.
Capt S.M.Gangahar

As the Senior most partner , needless to say Capt. Gangahar brings with him eons of experience and an untouched domain expertise by most.
He joined the merchant navy as a deck Cadet in the year 1964 .
After completing the required training and undergoing the various standards of qualifying professional exams , Capt. Gangahar worked and gained the expertise on various types and sizes of ships, throug his career his career span of 40+ years of active sailing.
(General cargo, Bulk carriers, Tankers ,Passenger Ships) .
After Sailing till 2004, he joined the Nautical Institute of training college , in New Delhi and was a teaching faculty and headed the department till 2017.
A Super father – loves his time with his family and grand son or watching cookery shows .
Nalin Raj Khanna
Director
is a seasoned international marketer, having widely travelled and worked in many developed and developing economies. His experience includes spanning marketing, business development and supply chain management for various brands across different industry & sectors.
Nalin, has been directly responsible for transforming companies into profit making ones by developing new business models and strategies and their implementation to revive business loss and accelerate growth. He has been instrumental in transforming several commodity businesses to branded consumer-led businesses, benefitting both the brand and the consumers.
One of his passions – Presently mentoring CEO’s of large organizations to help evolve and remodel brands through a scientific approach.
A driving force behind the business and talent growth in his own Consulting firm Vertebrand in a new avatar.

Aseem Kumar
Sr. Consultant – Technology & IT Security
Is an MBA from FMS , University of Delhi . With over 25 years of experience in P&L responsibility , Business Development , Customer Relationship Management & marketing .
Aseem has worked extensivley in different Industries: Electronic Security, Electrical, IT Hardware & FMCG.
Has Incubated portfolios, with a focus on GDPR – ITSM & Data Security, Parking Automation, Hotel Room Automation & Industry 4.0 – IoT, all of which aim to reduce costs, increase quality and expand market access. Solar projects , testing & auditing assesment on Solar Projects – NEC 690.12 / IEC 62116.
He has played a pivotal roal in launching Products, developed distribution channels, market & trade; managed product promotion, implemented communication plans for the brands at a (macro level) and products (micro level); ensured an increase in revenue earnings for the region.
He has Identified, incubated and scaled business models for a world-class emerging market asset in Disruptive Technologies that fosters growth in the private sector, a holistic approach—from eco-friendly return of investment (ROI) oriented ventures
He as an entrepreneur and a tranformational leader is associated with a number of start ups.
His last full time assignement before becoming a part of GCPL was with FAAC India Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi as the Director of Sales & Marketing & Neptune India Pvt. Ltd. New Delhi , Intarvo Technologies , New Delhi as the Head – Marketing & Automation Projects .He has been known and associated with brands Honeywell – ADI Distribution – New Delhi , Kobian Electronics India , Samsung India & Dabur India , New Delhi .

Prashant Narula

Prashant is a trained & experienced; Business Management professional who has had rich exposure & experience with category-leading brands and has had considerable success in improving, delivering & sustaining performance on sales, profit, people, and customer metrics through strategic thinking and an equal bias to driving action.
As a consequence of extensive regional experiences across India and Dubai, he understands the implications of both multi-unit and pan-regional scope of control, in terms of both business management and development. In his over 25 years of experience, he has had the privilege of building successful, diverse teams with different skills and perspectives by mentoring individuals, coaching for results & challenging performance.
Prior to joining the leadership team at GCPL, he was the Business Head with a startup microbrewery in Pune, Effingut Breweries Private Limited, where he was responsible for the overall business and growth of the brand. He was responsible for expanding the brand within Pune as well into Mumbai, Kohlapur & Kolkotta.
Prashant Narula is an MBA from the INDIAN INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT, Kozhikode, a certificate course on Design Thinking from Stanford University, California, a double PGDBA from Symbiosis Pune, a graduate of Institute of Hotel Management, Chennai and also a green belt in Six Sigma from Motorola University through Tata Management Training Centre, Pune.
When not at work , Prashant enjoys cooking.
Rohan Machado
Sr Consultant – Luxury Retail
Rohan’s expertise lies in increasing team productivity, customer satisfaction and driving revenues. He is committed to optimizing employee talent/performance and enhancing business levels through well planned sales and marketing strategies apart from streamlining systems, processes and procedures.
He is skilled in managing all aspects of business development. His Forte being: Client acquisition, customer retention, financial budgets/targets, retail operations, social media, digital marketing, goal-oriented team work/development and TRAINING.
Apart from being a member of the GCPL Family, and a succeful record of accomplishments In the fashion and Luxury Retail, Rohan manages his own brand “CREARE” since 2019.
Rohan in the past has been associated in Leadership Positions with Luxury brands like Ermenegildo Zegna , Gucci , Berluti , Casa Paradox & Nirav Modi.
Rohan was a main lead singer in a rock band and plays the guitar. We at GCPL enjoy his perfomances often – offline.
Manoj Kumar Anand
Sr. Consultant – Aviation & Hospitality Project Admin/ Floor Operations &Training
Is a Hotel Management Post-Graduate with 38 years of experience in the Hospitality and Aviation Sector Manoj started from the grass root levels of the service industry. Initially worked with Welcome Group, then the Hotel Corporation of India, Asian Hotels Limited, India Tourism Development Corporation, before making his big move of moving in to the Aviation Sector by joining The Air India, as cabin crew and completed 32 years with them.
With a vast experience in managing operations on ground and as team leader in air, ironing bottlenecks in operations as a crisis manager, he has been an integral part of defining the policies on manpower requirements, career progression, training of the crew on rules and regulations etc.
With Manoj Anand – on board, G.C.P.L ensures that you are not just with the right person to cater to your your requirement but shall also provide training ab-initio for your fresh intake and updating for all your staff with periodical recurrent trainings so that they can maintain the highest required standards as expected from them. These trainings shall be based on approved standard operating procedures as defined by the organization.
Our team ensures this by providing this support / hand holding is done in the initial phase, during the Project administration stage and Floor operations which will allow the senior team members to focus on the other services as provided to enhance and increase the clients project/ business/ venture.

Ankur Gaur

Ankur started his career with from ground Zero in retail Marketing and post that made a switch in to the Human Resources in the B.P.O sector and then Retail / Luxury Retail .
He has completed his MBA and his Post Graduate Diploma in Management from NBA School of Business in 2014.
He has a total years of 10 years of experience , which his focus being on Talent Acquisition and HR Operations. .
A family man , enjoys time with his family and consciously contributes to the Bollywood revenue
